Project Description (Estimated Cost Range $150K to $250K):The work generally consists of providing all construction services, equipment, necessary tools, materials, fuel, personnel, supervision, and labor required to complete the preparation and placement as specified herein: Complete the final design based on the owner-provided concept design. Procure all project-required materials in accordance with the Buy America, Build America (BABA) requirements. Construct the final-designed solar array project on the city-owned land adjacent to Forest Grove Substation at 2301 Maple Street. All wages associated with the project will be in accordance with the Davis-Bacon Act, using the LCP Tracker certified payroll system.&nbsp;All vendors must accept the terms included with this Invitation to Bid as part of the contract.
