The City of Winter Park is requesting bids from qualified contractors for lot cleaning services. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary for the cleaning of all lots that are in violation of the City’s Property and Building maintenance codes.DefinitionsSolid WasteBiological waste means solid waste that causes or has the capability of causing disease or infection and includes, but is not limited to, biomedical waste, diseased or dead animals, and other wastes capable of transmitting pathogens to humans or animals.
