The project consists of security upgrades for vehicle entrances/exits on the first level of the parking structure, including but not limited to: installation of overhead rolling security gate with electric operator and emergency egress auto unlock/release system, installation of accessible man-gate, installation of commercial barrier gates with operators and sensor loops, integration into electrical system and controls, preservation of existing facilities, removal and replacement of concrete and pavers, utility box adjustment, removal of existing speed bumps and pavement markings, installation of new pavement markings, preparation of as-built drawings, and all other necessary improvements to result in a full and complete working system as shown on the plans and described within these specifications.
