At the Little Harbour Elementary School Area, site improvements will include regrading for play area with accessible features, new playground, bike parking and improved walkways. At the Portsmouth Early Education Program (PEEP) Playground Area, site improvements will include regrading for fully ADA accessible play area and improved walkways. Work may begin at any time after the notice to proceed is issued.
