LEGAL AD Litchfield Housing Trust Litchfield, CT Invitation to Bid Gagarin Place Drainage Upgrades The Litchfield Housing Trust is accepting bids for drainage upgrades at Gagarin Place, Gagarin Place (unit #16, #18, #20, #22, and #24), Litchfield, CT 06759. All bids must be submitted on forms and in accordance with specifications supplied by the Litchfield Housing Trust, P.O. Box 1121, Litchfield, CT 06759. Bids will be received at the Office of the First Selectman, 74 West St., Litchfield, CT 06759 units 2:00PM on October 8, 2026, and will be opened and read publicly at that time in said office. There is NO fee for this bid. Bids may be picked up from the Office of the First Selectman (see above address) or downloaded from the Town of Litchfield website: www.townoflitchfield.org or on CT Source, Solicitation # 38898. The Litchfield Housing Trust reserves the right to waive the technical defects in the bids, to reject any bid which does not conform to the terms and conditions described in the bid documents, to accept or reject any part or any bid and to reject all bids and again invite bids. No bidder may withdraw a bid within 60 days after the bid opening. READERS: The BIDDER, in compliance with your invitation to bid for: Gagarin Drainage Upgrades The BIDDER, having examined the specifications with related documents and the site of the proposed work, and being familiar with all of the conditions surrounding the installation of the proposed systems, including the availability of materials and labor, hereby proposes to furnish all labor, materials, and supplies, and to construct the project in accordance with the contract documents; within the time set forth therein, and at the prices stated below. These prices are to cover all expenses incurred in performing the work required under the contract documents, of which this proposal is a part. BIDDER hereby agrees to commence work under this contract on or before a date to be specified in written "Notice to Proceed" of the OWNER and to fully complete the project within 45 consecutive calendar days thereafter as stipulated in the specifications.
