Water Conservation Plan The Water District Board of Directors has adopted a revised Water Conservation Plan. State rules require that the plan be updated every five years. The plan is also required to be consistent with the plan adopted earlier this year by the City of Corpus Christi which by contract manages surface water supplies in the region.
