Lime Silo Refurbishment

The City of Bartow is seeking bids from qualified and experienced contractors to provide all necessary labor, materials, equipment, supplies, and supervision to complete the refurbishment of the Lime Silo at the Water Department located at 2500 Highway 17N, Bartow, FL 33830. The scope includes repairs to exterior metal panels, interior bands, metal doorframes and doors, along with all associated painting.The project requires a contractor capable of delivering a turnkey solution that includes obtaining necessary materials, equipment, and building permits. The selected contractor must ensure timely and efficient completion while maintaining strict safety standards, adhering to all engineering specifications, and assuming full responsibility for site maintenance and restoration.
