Response: No, due to surrounding area being occupied by students. Will have to be scheduled during an extended scheduled school break 2. Provide an abatement plan / info in addendum Response: Refer to a)ached Asbestos Removal Specifica on prepared by emery Environmental Associates dated 10.4.2026. (a)ached) 3. Detail 4/AR100 indicates that the new 2’ x 2’ ACT ceiling is mounted directly to the sides of the exis ng ductwork. Is this acceptable as the duct hangers are not structurally rated? Response: No. The ACT ceiling in suspended and does not mount directly to the sides of the exis ng ductwork. Provide Axiom Classic Straight Perimeter Trim between the suspended ceiling and the ductwork. See link to product below. 3080 AX Classic CAT_426 Room 208 4. Note D09 – No note. Radiators? The abatement for the flooring we are removing the old asbestos flooring in both rooms as the plans indicate, but it doesn't say what we would be installing for a threshold / transition for the new floor into the old hallway floor or will there not be one?
