Light Rail Bridges and Structures Repairs Project

Description

For purposes of this Contract, Work consists of furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, services, supervision, and incidentals necessary to perform minor repairs and maintenance of various structures on the Valley Transportation Authority Light Rail Structures and Facilities. Work is required to be performed throughout the VTA Light Rail Transit (LRT) System.  The types of work to be performed include crack repair by epoxy injection, stair nosing repair using epoxy bond, concrete patch repair, concrete resurfacing, concrete repaint, concrete stain removal, installation of different types of joint seals, wood and metal repaint, tiles replacement, chain link fence repair, guardrail maintenance, trash removal, and other miscellaneous items of work.The Work will be conducted adjacent to and within existing light rail facilities. This Work will be subject to restrictions to ensure safety and the continuing operations of the light rail system.
