Light and Medium-Duty Vehicle OEM Parts and Repairs (Chrysler, Dodge, Ford, and General Motors)

Description

The City of Tucson, herein referred to as the City, is requesting proposals from qualified firms to establish an annual requirements contract for Light and Medium-Duty Vehicle Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Parts and Repair Services, per the Scope of Work.The City owns a fleet of approximately 2,200 light and medium-duty vehicles. This contract will be used primarily by the City’s Fleet Services Division of the Environmental and General Services Department (EGSD) and the Fire Fleet Management Section of the Tucson Fire Department. Most of the orders will be warehouse based and require items be shipped to the City. However, there may be times when same-day service is required and/or City personnel will pick up items at a Tucson metropolitan area storefront. The method the City uses to acquire the items it buys is at the sole discretion of the City.Fleet Services and Tucson Fire Fleet Management acquire and provide services and repairs to all City of Tucson fleet vehicles. Fire Fleet Management acquires and provides services and repairs to all fire emergency response vehicles used by the City.Offerors may submit a proposal for one or more groups.
