The City is soliciting Request for Qualifications (“RFQ”) from interested qualified professional engineers demonstrating their qualifications for planning, acquisition, design, bid, construction management, surveying, and project inspection related to the construction of various improvements to the City's Sewer Collection System. All engineering services performed by the submitting party (“Proposer) selected for this project shall be in conformity with industry standards, as well as any requirements of state and federal agencies. The submitting party must also demonstrate major experience working with the City of Edinburg or other municipalities in lift stations, sewer systems and sewer master planning.
