Liberty City Park Sidewalk Improvements

Sealed Bids for the construction of the Liberty City Park Sidewalk Improvements (24-009_Segment A) will be received, by the City of Liberty, at the office of the City Engineer (3rd Floor of City Hall), until 3:00 pm local time on Thursday, November 05th 2026, at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read in the City of Liberty Council Chambers located at 101 E. Kansas St. Liberty MO 64068. The Project consists of: the installation of ADA compliant sidewalk from City Park to the intersection of Moss Ave. and Olin St.; paving of the intersection of Moss Ave. and Olin St.; and all other associated work which is further defined in the project bidding documents. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive technicalities or deficiencies in any or all bids, to negotiate with any or all bidders or others for more favorable terms or prices, and to award a contract to other than the bidder submitting the lowest cost bid proposal, with or without negotiation.
