July 24, 2024 Intent to Award – IFB-24-002 – Commercial Heavy Duty Tractor and School Bus To All Respondents: Northwest Arkansas Community College (NWACC) has received the official recommendation award from the evaluation committee elected to review the bids requested for Commercial Heavy Duty Tractor and School Bus. Upon the results of the evaluation, the recommendation for award extends to Rush Truck Centers of Arkansas for item 1. Commercial Heavy-Duty Tractor/Bobcat Truck. The lowest bidder that met minimum specifications for item 1. Line 2 School Bus/Passenger is being evaluated. Respectfully, this letter of “Intent to Award” serves as notification that will commence with the goal of a fully executed Purchase Order to be issued by NWACC. NWACC is thankful for the attention of each respondent, and for the time and effort expended in responding to the IFB. We encourage and appreciate the participation of our vendor community.
