October 6, 2025 Intent to Award – RFQ-26-001 – General Contractor: Northwest Arkansas Community College (NWACC) has completed its evaluation of the bids submitted for the General Contractor RFP. Based on the recommendation of the evaluation committee, NWACC intends to award the contract to Crossland Construction. This letter serves as formal notification of NWACC’s Intent to Award, with the next step being the contract process that will be sent to the Arkansas Legislative Council and last step the issuance of a fully executed Purchase Order.
