Leon County Courthouse Roof Repair & Coating

Description

Leon County is seeking the services of a qualified Licensed Certified Building or General Contractor for the repair and coating of the Leon County Courthouse in accordance to Specifications ( Attachment D) and Drawings (Attachment E) contained within the solicitation. The scope of work includes:Repair 80SF of existing roof by adding two-way roof vents (8 total).Uninstall and salvage existing roof accessories including 60 roof drains and lighting protection.Clean and prepare existing roof and install 57,000SF of specified silicone roof coating.Install new roof expansion joint and re-install existing roof accessories and lighting protection.This project is is anticipated to take 90 calendar days. Certain specifications related to the scope of the proposed work in this solicitation are exempt from disclosure pursuant to Section 119.071, Florida Statutes. Interested contractors will be required to complete a Non-Disclosure Agreement and agree to maintain the exempt nature of the applicable records. Encryption keys and/or passwords to secure documents will be provided to requesting contractors after the submission of the Non-Disclosure Agreement and acceptance by the Leon County Purchasing Division. Non-Disclosure Agreements may be submitted to the Leon County Purchasing Division from the time of Release until the conclusion of the Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting to interested contractors. At the conclusion of the Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting, only contractors who attended and signed in at the Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting will be eligible to receive encryption keys and/or passwords to secure documents.
