Leon County is seeking the services of a qualified licensed General or Building Contractor for selective demolition and renovation of office space. Renovation includes repairs to existing remaining walls and finishes, installation of walls, doors to reconfigure the space for a meeting area and 7 offices.Exclude all wiring associated with data, communications, or security. Contractor to provide outlets and conduits (with pull string) terminating 12&rdquo; above the ceiling. &nbsp; All data communications and/or security infrastructure is to be coordinated with the Owner's designated representative. &nbsp;Owner's designated subconsultant will be responsible for pulling all wiring associated with data communications and security. &nbsp;The Contractor is to facilitate access to the site for the Owner's subconsultant to perform their work.Certain specifications related to the scope of the proposed work in this solicitation are exempt from disclosure pursuant to Section 119.071, Florida Statutes. Interested contractors will be required to complete a Non-Disclosure Agreement and agree to maintain the exempt nature of the applicable records. Encryption keys and/or passwords to secure documents will be provided to requesting contractors after the submission of the Non-Disclosure Agreement and acceptance by the Leon County Purchasing Division. Non-Disclosure Agreements may be submitted to the Leon County Purchasing Division from the time of Release of the solicitation. &nbsp;At the conclusion of the Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting, only contractors who attended and signed in at the Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting will be eligible to receive encryption keys and/or passwords to secure documents.
