Question 1: Section 3.1.1 requires financial information, which may take the form of “banking information”. We would appreciate any clarification you can provide as to what is meant by “banking information”. Answer to Question 1: Section 3.1.1 is deleted in its entirety. Information is not required. Question 2: Section 3.3.3 requires that the past three years of audited financial records be provided. Is it intended that this information be provided in addition to the banking information required under Section 3.1.1? If the information is required, is there an acceptable alternative to “audited” financial records? Answer to Question 2: Section 3.3.3 is deleted in its entirety. Information is not required. Acknowledge receipt of this Addendum in the space provided in Exhibit B. Failure to do so may subject Offeror to disqualification. All other provisions of the Proposal Documents shall remain unchanged. This addendum is hereby made a part of the Proposal Documents to the same extent as those provisions contained in the original documents and all itemized listing thereof.
