Specifications and/or details of specifications are available from the Knox County Department of Job and Family Services, 117 East High Street, 3rd Floor, Mount Vernon, Ohio, 43050, attention Danielle Crider. The Knox County Department of Job and Family Services is an equal opportunity employer. All proposals shall be sealed and plainly marked, "KNOX COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF JOB AND FAMILY SERVICES – LEGAL SERVICES." All proposals shall be submitted to the Office of the Board of County Commissioners, 117 East High Street, Suite #161, Mount Vernon, Ohio 43050. The Request for Proposals shall be due on Thursday, September 10, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. No bidder shall withdraw their bid within ninety (90) days from the actual date of opening thereof. All bids shall be properly signed by an authorized representative of the bidder. Any contract awarded pursuant to this advertisement shall be awarded to the best and lowest bidder. The Commissioners reserve the right to reject any and/or all bids for all or part of the bids solicited and waive technicalities in the bidding of said bid.
