Leon County, Florida (or the "County") is requesting the submission of proposals from qualified individual attorneys or by law firms, with extensive experience in Legal Counsel for Code Enforcement Boards and Nuisance Abatement Boards to serve as counsel to Leon County, Florida.To be eligible for submission/consideration, Respondents must:Be an attorney in good standing, licensed in the State of Florida for no less than five (5) years and/or firm that maintains a law office with a substantial practice within the State of Florida; and no less than two (2) years of experience representing governmental bodies, special districts or similar public entities.
