The City of Pittsburgh Office of Management & Budget, on behalf of the Department of Mobility & Infrastructure, is soliciting bids for a contractor to convert the City's existing high pressure sodium cobrahead luminaires to LED luminaires. If the City selects to use a Network Lighting Control System (NLMS), the contractor would also be responsible for implementing the NLMS and storing the equipment that comes with the NLMS. The conversion project will be managed by The Efficiency Network (TEN) and City staff.
