This property is known commonly as Tax Parcel 36-22, being bounded on the west side by U.S. Route 15, on the south side by State Route 617, and on the east side by the gravel road and Tax Parcel 36-22A, and being located in the Green Springs Magisterial District in the County of Louisa, Virginia. Louisa County will select the party(s) who they determine most closely satisfies the needs of the County. There is no requirement for acceptance of the highest offer, and specific requirements may be waived or amended at the discretion of the County.
