Ada County Highway District (ACHD) is seeking consultant services to analyze the implementation of Leading Pedestrian Intervals (LPI) and associated improvements at all signalized intersections within Ada County. The signalized intersections to analyze will be split into four packages listed below. A separate consultant is requested to evaluate each package due to the extensive nature of the project and to implement LPI at all signalized intersections within that package within a reasonable timeframe.
