It is the intention of this request for quotes to outline the Township of Wayne's requirements for the removal and replacement of all identified galvanized water service lines within the water system. BIDDERS ARE REQUIRED TO COMPLY WITH THE SPECIFICATIONS OF ALL A.W.W.A. STANDARDS AND 2021 NATIONAL PLUMBING CODE. The Township of Wayne is currently in compliance with all LSLR conditions under N.J.S.A. 58:12A-42, 40 C.F.R 141.84 (a)(6).
