RFI QUESTIONS & RESPONSES QUESTION: What is the budget for this project? RESPONSE: There is no formalized budget for the project, however the rough estimate developed by the LCMCD for project cost is $250,000. QUESTION: Are provided drawings sufficient for permit applications? RESPONSE: Yes, the drawings issued in the RFP have been submitted to the Lee County Community Development Department and are currently under comment response review. QUESTION: Will contractors need to provide temporary restroom facilities during construction? RESPONSE: Yes, contractors will need to provide temporary restroom facilities during construction. RESPONSE: The scope of work in Building D consists of breaking the feeder that comes back to Building E from Building D. QUESTION: Do you have a preference for tiles to be installed? RESPONSE: The preferred wall tile format is 4” x 4” glazed porcelain tile. The preferred floor tile format is 4” x 4” porcelain tile. Tile color and pattern to be determined by owner. RESPONSE: Not clear what question is asking, however if referencing toilet partitions, specification section 102115 Plastic Toilet Compartments on sheet A903 lists partition parameters and basis of design manufacturer.
