Lee County Mosquito Control District Building E Renovation From: ADG Architecture llc Project Number: 2023-J-135 Date: 04.15.2024 RE: Addendum #2 The documents included in this revision shall become a part of the Contract Documents and modify the original Permit/Bid documents dated 12-15-2023. Here is a brief description of the changes in this addendum: RFP SUPPLEMENTAL INFORMATION • The revised sheets listed below were issued to the Lee County Building Department as part of the building permit review comment responses on 04/12/2024. These sheets will be incorporated into the bid package of construction documents. DRAWINGS ARCHITECTURAL -- – TITLE SHEET – Re-Issued • Sheet index schedules added revision #2 column with all revised sheets noted. SP101 – SITE PLAN – Re-Issued • Adjusted scope of work area to not include Building D. A001 – LIFE SAFETY PLAN – Re-Issued • Added fire extinguisher in Storage 110. A101 – FLOOR PLAN & ELEVATIONS – Re-Issued • Added fire extinguisher in Storage 110. • Specified use of termite protection under new portion of slab and new sidewalk. Revised notes #15 & #20 reflect this change.
