Lee County Mosquito Control District Building E Renovation From: ADG Architecture llc Project Number: 2023-J-135 Date: 03.29.2024 RE: Addendum #1 The documents included in this revision shall become a part of the Contract Documents and modify the original Permit/Bid documents dated 12-15-2023. Here is a brief description of the changes in this addendum: RFP SUPPLEMENTAL INFORMATION • The revised sheets listed below were issued to the Lee County Building Department as part of the building permit review comment responses on 03/18/2024. These sheets will be incorporated into the bid package of construction documents. • Per owner directive, the wall-mounted mechanical units outside Work Room 101 and Men’s Shower 104 will not be removed nor replaced. No bid alternate is needed for the removal or replacement of these units. DRAWINGS ARCHITECTURAL -- – TITLE SHEET – Re-Issued • Sheet index schedules added revision #1 column with all revised sheets noted. MECHANICAL M100 – MECHANICAL NOTES, SCHEDULE & PLAN – Re-Issued • Revised general note #8 to not require a certified test and balance report. SPECIFICATIONS No changes to specifications.
