This solicitation has been developed to obtain a qualified Vendor to provide all labor, materials, equipment, delivery, and to perform all applicable work necessary to provide equipment listed in this solicitation. All work must be performed according to the specifications and part numbers provided with this solicitation. Work completed for this task will be expected to adhere to all established laws, standards, and procedures required for this type of activity in the State of South Carolina.Any exceptions to these requirements, any recommended deletions, or any recommended additions to these requirements must be requested, authorized by the County, and priced accordingly in the Exceptions to Bid section. All exceptions must be approved through Lancaster County Procurement prior to bid opening.
