At the time, the District's staff completed yard care tasks in-house utilizing District equipment and supplies. This RFP intends to study the feasibility and costs associated with outsourcing these tasks to a third party for the purpose of completing a cost-benefit analysis and funding request. If the board authorizes funds for this proposal, the winner(s) will be awarded the contract(s) in Oct 2023, and the contract(s) will be binding until Sept 2024.
