Landscape Maintenance Services - Common Greens

Description

The City of South San Francisco (“City”) is soliciting proposals from qualified Firms/Consultants (“Consultant”) to provide specialized landscaping maintenance services throughout the City. The requested services contemplated under this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) consist of providing landscaping services, including but not limited to providing qualified horticultural supervision, furnishing all labor, materials, equipment and transportation required to properly maintain and enhance the City’s specified landscaped properties in an attractive condition, and providing other work as detailed in the Scope of Work identified below (“Project”). The proposals submitted in response to this RFP will be used as the basis for selecting a Consultant to complete the Scope of Work. The proposals will be evaluated and ranked according to the criteria provided in Section VII “Evaluation of Proposals” in this RFP.
