The successful bidder will be responsible for maintaining lawn, trees, shrubs, perennials, irrigation, and landscape features at selected streetscape sites located in the Southpointe Special Improvement Maintenance District (SIMD). The Contractor shall also perform other landscaping duties within the Southpoint SIMD as requested by the City.
