Landscape Maintenance for Public Housing

Description

The City of Tucson intends to establish an annual requirements contract to provide grounds maintenance at public housing sites as outlined in the Scope of Work stated herein. The Scope of Work is based on anticipated needs and available funding. The City reserves the right to adjust the Scope of Work on an as-needed, if-needed basis, including the addition and deletion of sites. Parties will mutually agree to an adjustment in compensation prior to the formal addition or deletion of sites.Contractor must provide all equipment, materials, and labor necessary to fulfill requirements of this contract. All materials, labor, overhead, and equipment which are to be provided under this contract must be calculated in the overall Site Costfor each individual property site on the Price Page attached herein. Contractor must also provide hourly labor rates as indicated on the Price Page attached herein.United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) funding will be utilized for the services under this contract. Therefore, the services under this contract are subject to the HUD and Section 3 terms and conditions which are included as attachments to this solicitation and incorporated into this contract. These terms and conditions cannot be modified or negotiated. By submitting an offer, the Offeror must agree to abide by the federal terms and conditions included as attachments to this solicitation.
