Dane County Waste + Renewables (W+R) is inviting Proposals for professional engineering services to serve as a Construction Quality Assurance (CQA) Representative at Dane County Landfill Site No. 3 (4402 Brandt Road, Madison, WI 53718). The CQA representative will be a part of the "Dane County Landfill Site No. 3 – Phase 1, Cell 1 Liner Construction" to ensure all NR 516 requirements are met. There’s anticipated to be several construction events (both liner and cap) over the next five (5) years, see Table 1 below.
