Description

The City of New Smyrna Beach (herein after, “City”) has issued this Request for Proposals (hereinafter, “RFP”) for 'Project Title. This solicitation shall be in accordance with Florida Statutes and must comply with Florida Statute 163.380(3)(a) as the subject properties are located within a Community Redevelopment Area (CRA), information is provided in the Attachment Section of this document.The purpose of the RFP is to solicit competitive sealed proposals from qualified parties to finance, build, manage and operate facilities for aeronautical and/or non-aeronautical use including aircraft hangars, and/or industrial and manufacturing facilities.  Non-aeronautical use facilities shall be constructed on approved vacant parcels and provide long-term land leases for various industrial and/or manufacturing services.  Aeronautical use facilities shall be for aircraft hangars that require airfield access during business and or individual functions.
