In order to comply with the City’s annual procurement targets identified by SB 1383, the City of Banning (“City) is seeking a qualified public entity or firm or individual (“Consultant”) to provide services identifying City-usage and possible application of compost/mulch on City-owned and managed lands. Consultant shall also identify privately-owned land within and outside jurisdictional boundaries that can utilize compost/mulch and explore delivery options of said material.The City of Banning (“City”) is seeking a qualified entity or individual (“Company”) to provide the services listed in the Scope of Work.The City anticipates selecting one firm to perform the services.Proposals are requested from Consultants that have a demonstrated ability to perform the tasks identified in this Request for Proposal (“RFP”).
