Lakehurst Dr. Sidewalk Project

Pursuant to the Port St. Lucie City Code of Ordinance 35.07, this electronic Intake Request is being issued to establish a contract with a qualified proposer who will provide Project Title to the City of Port St. Lucie (hereinafter, “City”) as further described in this Intake.The City of Port St. Lucie (City) requires Construction Services for the construction of approximately 5,391 linear feet of 6-foot-wide concrete sidewalk as part of the Lakehurst Drive Sidewalk Phase II project. Work within the right-of-way will also include considerable improvements to stormwater, swale, and drainage systems. All proposed improvements are described in the project plan set prepared by Culpepper & Terpening, Inc. entitled “Lakehurst Drive Sidewalk Phase 2”.
