Seminole Blvd. to Celery Avenue and 12 ft. wide concrete trail along Celery Avenue from Elliot S. to 343 Ft. East of Sipes Ave. Minimum Qualifications: Contractor's License - Bidders, cooperate and individual, must be fully licensed & certified for the type of work to be performed in the State of Florida.Completion Time: Work must be substantially complete within (255) calendar days from the issued Notice to Proceed (NTP) and must reach final completion (30) calendar days after substantial completion.
