INVITATION TO BID The Kodiak Island Borough will receive sealed bids until 2:00pm (local time), August 18, 2026, for KIB Facilities Snow Removal, Ice Control & Sweeping Services Contract. All work to be done under one Contractor as described in the Scope of Work: Provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, supervision, and facilities necessary to conduct snow removal, ice control, and sweeping for the Borough-owned Facilities. There will be a mandatory pre-bid conference on August 5, 2026, at 10:00am (local time) at Borough Conference Room 121, 710 Mill Bay Road, Kodiak, AK, 99615. All interested bidders are encouraged to submit a registration form prior to pre-bid conference to ensure receipt of notifications.
