Kia Center Spotlight System

Description

The City of Orlando, through its Orlando Venues Division, is seeking bids from qualified and experienced Bidders to furnish and deliver a high-performance spotlight system for the Kia Center. The selected Contractor will be responsible for supplying equipment that meets or exceeds the technical specifications outlined in this IFB, as well as providing long-term support and service capabilities.  Work also involves the removal and disposal of existing inoperable spotlight units and the discussion of trade value and resale of the operational units.This procurement is part of the City’s ongoing investment in maintaining world-class production capabilities at the Kia Center, a premier venue for concerts, sporting events, and nationally televised programming.Bidders must meet all mandatory minimum qualifications and submit complete, responsive bids in accordance with the instructions provided in this IFB. The City reserves the right to waive minor irregularities and to reject any or all bids if deemed in the best interest of the City.All questions regarding this solicitation must be directed to the City’s Procurement and Contracts Division in accordance with the communication protocols outlined in the IFB documents.
