Orlando Venues is seeking a qualified Security Design Consultant to lead the multi-phase modernization of security systems at the Kia Center over the next three years. This initiative will focus on implementing scalable, future-ready security infrastructure that enhances safety, operational readiness, and the guest experience. Upon successful implementation, the engagement may expand to include Camping World Stadium, Harry P. Leu Gardens, the Mennello Museum, and additional future venue developments.The consultant will be responsible for providing subject matter expertise and design guidance across key security investment areas, including:Video Surveillance (VMS) and camera systemsAccess control, credentialing, and intrusion detection systems with VMS integrationSecurity Operations Center (SOC) modernizationBollard replacement and perimeter hardening2-way radios and repeater system optimizationMagnetometers, frictionless screening technologies, crowd control tools, and X-ray equipmentSystems integration strategies that improve end-user functionality and maximize existing staff resources through force-multiplying technologiesThis engagement presents a unique opportunity to shape the future of venue security in one of the most active entertainment markets in the country.
