Clay County Utility Authority is requesting quotes for the materials required for underground utility work required in Keystone Heights, FL. The quotation must remain firm for ninety (90) calendar days from the date the Quotation is due. CCUA reserves the right to increase or decrease quantities as deemed necessary to meet operational needs. Any adjustments in quantities shall be subject to the terms, conditions and pricing established herein. Material will be delivered to CCUA's WTP in Keystone Heights, FL and will require 48-hour advance notice. Please see approved material manual for types of material approved by CCUA.
