The City of Lawrence, Kansas is seeking a qualified contractor for the removal and land application of semi-sold (cake) digested biosolids (18 - 23% Total Solids) from storage located at the Kansas River WWTP for a one (1) year initial term, beginning 1/1/26 and ending 12/31/26 with four (4) optional additional one-year renewals. The proposal should be for the removal of approximately 1500 dry tons or 9000 CY for the year. This amount will be divided between 2 - 3 application events per year. These application events will occur before planting or after harvest with a possible summer application.
