Juvenile Pre-Trial Program (JPTP) " Community Case Managers"

Description

General work description: This Request for Proposal is to establish an annual contract(s) to provide services to juveniles for the purpose of a Juvenile Pre-Trial Program (JPTP). The Public Defender is not required to procure all services from any particular vendor and does not guarantee a minimum quantity of services.  The Public Defender may choose to award multiple vendors and requires vendors to collaborate and coordinate with each other to meet department requirements. The contract(s) resulting from this RFP may be for an initial one-year period commencing with execution of the contract by the Public Defender.  For reasons of economy and efficiency, the Public Defender reserves the right to extend contract(s) up to two additional one-year periods, but the total initial contracted service period shall not extend beyond June 30th, 2026. Should a contract be awarded as a result of this RFP, continuance of such a contract for the full period specified shall be contingent upon the satisfactory performance of the vendor. Continuing or un-rectifiable performance deficiencies may be cause for the County to cancel any balance of contract. Rates quoted are firm for the initial contracted service period, which shall expire on June 30, 2026.
