The Town of Vienna is soliciting proposals from qualified and properly licensed firms to provide an outdoor fireworks display for the Town of Vienna’s Independence Day Celebration. The Town’s preferred and intended date for the fireworks display is July 4, 2026.The Town recognizes that July 4 is a highly sought-after date for fireworks services; therefore, if the Town does not receive an acceptable proposal for July 4, 2026, it reserves the right to consider proposals for an alternate date within the specified date range.Preferred Date: July 4, 2026Acceptable Alternative Dates: July 1–5, 2026If you are unable to provide a fireworks display on July 4th, please list in your proposal other dates that you are available.
