JOC for Water Production Facilities

INTRODUCTION:Notice is hereby given that the City of Tucson, hereinafter referred to as "COT", is conducting a competitive one-step selection process to retain up to five Contractors for a job order contract (JOC) to provide labor, furnish and install materials relating to the construction of new water facilities and modifications and repair of existing water facilities at various locations. All work shall be performed in accordance with Plans, and or Specifications and Details. Individual job orders should not exceed Two Million Dollars ($2,000,000.00). The estimated budget for the first year is four million dollars ($4,000,000.00). The term of this contract will be one year with four (1) one-year renewal options. However, services will be requested on an as-needed, if-needed basis and the resultant contract is neither exclusive nor a commitment by COT that the Contractor's services will be required. Resulting Contracts will be subject to the Genera Conditions for Construction and Construction Services Agreement.
