The City of Tucson is conducting a competitive One-Step Process to retain approximately three (3) Contractors for a Job Order Contract (JOC) to provide JOC for Emergency Restoration Services. Individual job orders should not exceed five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000). The estimated budget for the first year is one million dollars ($1,000,000). The term of this Contract will be one (1) year with four (4) one-year renewal options. Services will be requested on an as-needed, if-needed basis, and the resultant Contract is neither exclusive nor a commitment by the City that the Contractor’s services will be required.The resultant Contract will be primarily utilized by the Housing and Community Development (HCD) Department for various City public residential units and complexes. The Facilities and Communications Maintenance (FCM) Division of the Environmental and General Services Department (EGSD) may also utilize the resultant Contract for various City owned or leased buildings and facilities.United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) funding may be utilized on projects under the resultant Contract. Therefore, all HUD, Federal, State and local City requirements must be followed. The HUD and Section 3 terms and conditions are included as attachments to this Solicitation and will be incorporated into the resultant Contract; these terms and conditions cannot be modified or negotiated. By submitting an Offer, the Offeror must agree to abide by the Federal terms and conditions included as attachments to this Solicitation. HUD Maintenance Wage Rate and/or Davis Bacon and Related Acts eligible projects will be identified in the request for price and schedule proposals for individual projects.
