The City is issuing this written Notice of Intent to Award as part of the Evaluation Process and intends to award contracts to the following firms: • • • Lincoln Construction Woodridge Construction Saybr Contractors The City has revised Section 1.11, “Protest Procedures,” on page 8 of the Request for Proposals to read as follows: The City of Edmonds shall provide a protest period of at least ten (10) business days following the day of the announcement of the apparent successful proposal(s) to allow a protester to file a detailed statement of the grounds of the protest. Any Proposer wishing to protest must file a detailed written statement of the grounds of the protest, with the City Clerk no later than 5:00 pm on the tenth business day following the announcement. The City shall promptly make a determination on the merits of the protest and provide to all Proposers a written decision of denial or acceptance of the protest. The City shall not execute the protested contract until two (2) business days following the City’s decision on the protest.
