Job Order Contracting for Plumbing Services

Description

The purpose of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is to develop a long-term contract with five (5) qualified Plumbing Contractors to perform miscellaneous Job Order Contracting (JOC) services to include, but limited to installation, repair, upgrades, and replacement of plumbing systems on an as-needed basis, for 1GPA Cooperative Members (Members).  Services may include limited pre-construction design services (i.e. professional services) utilizing the JOC project delivery method.The method used for JOC Task Order pricing will be determined by the Member and JOC contractor prior to any pricing being completed.  Acceptable methods of determining pricing may include Unit Price Book or Open Book Pricing.1GPA intends to award contracts to cover all of Arizona.  Firms may also submit responses to include other states, however, firms shall follow the laws of those states they are submitting and ensure that this solicitation meets the requirements of those states.  It is expected that contracts will be awarded to up to five (5) Plumbing Contractors.This will be a one (1) year contract with the option to renew for four (4) additional years for a total of five (5) years.
