Job Order Contract (JOC) Gravel Crushing

Description

Mohave County is conducting a competitive one-step process to retain multiple experienced and qualified Contractors, up to three (3), for a Job Order Contract (&ldquo;JOC&rdquo;) to provide Gravel-Crushing services. Job Order Contracts are indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity contracts, under which Contractors may be awarded multiple jobs under a single contract. Services will be requested on an as-needed, if-needed basis. The resultant Contracts are neither exclusive nor imply a commitment by Mohave County that the Contractors&rsquo; services will be required.The Contractor will be required to produce and stockpile at the project location, a minimum of 50,000 cubic yards and a maximum of 75,000 cubic yards at of material meeting the requirements of the Maricopa Association of Governments (MAG) 702 Type B and/or Aggregate Base Course, with the exception that the fractured face requirement in MAG 702 is deleted.&nbsp; MAG specifications are available at the following link: https://azmag.gov/Portals/0/Documents/MagContent/2025-MAG-Specifications-for-Public-Works-Construction.pdf?ver=tmP-YvEcs81Rzeznodgq3g%3d%3d The work to be performed under this contract consists of furnishing all labor, equipment and material required to complete assigned projects. This work may be required during normal working hours, after normal working hours, or on weekends and holidays. All work shall follow industry standards as well as specifications and details provided by Mohave County.
