Job Order Contract (JOC) for Pavement Maintenance and Repair Services

The County of Orange, Department Name, (hereinafter referred to as County) is requesting competitive bids from qualified vendors (hereinafter referred to as Bidder) to establish a one-time annual contract for Pavement Maintenance and Repair Services under a Job Order Contract (JOC). The JOC provides an on-call, flexible delivery method to address routine, preventative, and/or unplanned airfield and landside pavement needs.&nbsp; The scope of work includes&nbsp;a range of asphalt and concrete pavement services, such as patching, crack and joint sealing, full- and partial-depth repairs, pavement markings, and related ancillary work. All work shall be performed in accordance with Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) requirements, airport standards, and Part 139 obligations, with strict controls on phasing, night work, safety, and security to minimize impacts to aircraft operations.<span style="font-si
