BID PROPOSAL Jasper ISD RFP #25.07 (Special Education Contracted Services) Page 2 JASPER INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT 128 Park Street Jasper, TX 75951 1) SOLICITATION NOTICE Jasper Independent School District (“Jasper ISD”, “JISD” or "District") is soliciting competitive sealed proposals from qualified providers (“Vendor”, “Proposer”, “Provider”, or “Contractor”) for providing Special Education Contracted Services, in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications stipulated in this Request for Proposals #25.07 (the “Solicitation” or “RFP”). Vendor responses (“Proposals”) are to be submitted in hard copy format in a sealed envelope to the Jasper ISD Administration Office located at 128 Park Street in Jasper, TX. Envelope should be clearly marked to identify that it is a response to RFP #25.07– Special Education Contracted Services. Proposals must be received no later than 2:00 PM by Thursday, July 31, 2025. All solicitation documents and any applicable addenda will be made available on the Business Services page under Departments on the district’s website: www.jasperisd.net. If you are planning to submit a proposal, please email Lauren Bean at lauren.bean@jasperisd.net receive notification of any applicable addenda that may be posted to the website that changes original solicitation. Any additions, deletions, modifications, or changes made to this Solicitation shall be processed through an Addendum, which will be posted on the district website.
